- What are the three Q Ayurveda focus areas?
- Recovery and Deep Detox, Performance and Elite Sport, and Longevity and Rasayana. They describe the main reason a person may enter the Q Ayurveda™ process, not three preset programs. The assessment determines the actual protocol within whichever direction applies.
- Is Recovery and Deep Detox a fixed detox program?
- No. Some people need deeper cleansing; others are too depleted for aggressive cleansing and need preparation, nourishment or restoration first, or a sequence that combines them. Ayurvedic assessment of capacity, together with Quantum Diagnostics, determines the sequence.
- Who is Performance and Elite Sport designed for?
- Professional and competitive athletes, executives, founders and high performing individuals under sustained physical or cognitive demand who want to support recovery, sleep, mental focus, resilience under pressure, energy management and long term performance capacity. No performance improvement is guaranteed.
- What does Longevity and Rasayana mean?
- Longevity here means the long term capacity to digest, sleep, recover, think clearly, remain resilient and continue functioning well, not anti-ageing marketing. Rasayana is the classical Ayurvedic longevity perspective, focused on nourishment, vitality, resilience and healthy ageing, integrated with Quantum Medicine and selected longevity technologies. No age reversal or guaranteed regeneration is claimed.
- Can one person fit more than one focus area?
- Yes. A client may overlap more than one focus area: an executive arriving primarily for Performance may also need Recovery, and a Recovery client may move toward Longevity once stability improves. The three areas are directions, not boxes a person must choose between in advance.
- How does Quantum Medicine integrate with Ayurveda in each focus area?
- In every direction, Quantum Diagnostics and frequency based assessment are read alongside Ayurvedic assessment (constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition, nervous system and treatment capacity) and reduced to one protocol. Neither system determines the direction on its own.
- Does the focus area determine every treatment?
- No. The focus area describes why a person is coming. What the protocol actually contains (food, oils, herbs, Panchakarma sequence, frequency programs, technology supported sessions, rest, daily rhythm and mind coaching) is decided by the individual assessment and adjusted daily, not fixed by the focus area alone.
- What is the difference between a focus area and a retreat format?
- A focus area answers why you are coming: Recovery, Performance or Longevity. A retreat format answers how private and flexible the retreat should be: Group, Private or Master. Any focus area may potentially take place within any format, depending on suitability and practical requirements; they are two separate decisions.
