Safety and Suitability

Selective by design.

A deeply personalised retreat also means knowing when to proceed, when to modify the plan, and when not to accept an applicant at all. Panchakarma, Quantum and frequency technologies, dietary change and supplements all have to be appropriate for the individual, which is why suitability is reviewed before anyone is accepted, not assumed from an application form.

  • Reviewed before acceptance, not after
  • Medical clearance sought where relevant
  • A declined application can be the right outcome
What the retreat provides

One coordinated protocol, not hospital care.

  • Quantum Diagnostics and complementary bioenergetic or frequency based assessment
  • Ayurvedic assessment
  • Panchakarma and Ayurvedic therapies
  • Personalised food, herbs, oils and supplements
  • Personalised frequency programs
  • Selected technology supported sessions
  • Mind coaching, where appropriate
  • Daily observation and adaptation
  • Follow-up
Stated plainly

What Q Ayurveda™ does not replace.

  • Medical diagnosis
  • Emergency medical care
  • Prescribed medical treatment
  • Advice from your own licensed physician
  • Specialist care, where that level of care is required

Quantum Diagnostics and complementary bioresonance or frequency based assessment are a genuine part of the Q Ayurveda method. They are also not conventional medical diagnosis. Both of those things are true at once, and neither weakens the other.

Before acceptance

The initial suitability review.

Enough is reviewed before acceptance to judge whether the retreat appears appropriate. It may cover:

  • Main goals for the retreat
  • Current state
  • Existing diagnoses, where disclosed
  • Medication
  • Recent medical events
  • Previous procedures or surgery
  • General physical capacity
  • Privacy requirements
  • Intended duration
  • Relevant current treatment
  • Anything that may affect Panchakarma or other interventions
Stage 1

Private application

The short form on this page. Enough to understand who you are, what you would like to address and which format may fit. No detailed health information.

Stage 2

Initial consultation and suitability review

A private conversation. We review whether Q Ayurveda™ appears appropriate for you, and what duration, format and level of support would make sense.

Stage 3

Secure health information, if appropriate

Only if the initial review is positive, and only through a secure process. Detailed health history is never collected through an ordinary public form.

Stage 4

Personal retreat proposal

A proposal prepared around you: recommended duration, format, location, preparation before arrival and the structure of your protocol.

The public application stays deliberately short. Detailed health information is never collected through an ordinary web form; it moves to a secure process only once the initial review is positive.

Medical clearance

Some applicants need clearance first.

Clearance may be required, where relevant, for applicants with:

  • Serious conditions
  • Acute conditions
  • Unstable conditions
  • Complex medication
  • Recent surgery
  • Significant medical risk

Whether clearance is actually needed depends on the individual and on what the retreat would involve for them. There is no fixed list of excluded diagnoses published here; that judgement is made case by case, with the applicant, as part of the review.

Medication

You are not asked to change what you're already taking.

Relevant medication and ongoing treatment should be disclosed during the suitability process. Where they materially affect what would be appropriate, Q Ayurveda may ask to discuss your situation with your physician, or request medical clearance before acceptance.

Q Ayurveda never suggests stopping, reducing or replacing prescribed medication as part of a retreat. Any change to medication remains a decision between you and your physician. Where existing medical care is in place, the aim is to work alongside it, not around it.

Connected to how Recovery works

Not every participant receives deep cleansing.

Depending on strength, digestion, stability, current condition, medication and treatment capacity, the program may prioritise preparation, stabilisation, nourishment or restoration ahead of any deeper Panchakarma, or instead of it for now. Some people are simply not appropriate candidates for intensive cleansing at the point they arrive.

This is not treated as a lesser outcome. It is what correct individualisation actually looks like.

How this works on Recovery and Deep Detox
Quantum Diagnostics

A genuine part of the method, with a clear boundary.

Q Ayurveda uses Quantum Diagnostics within its own complementary Quantum Medicine framework: bioenergetic and frequency based assessment, drawing on the diagnostic systems described on the Method page where they are actually used. These readings contribute observations to your personalised protocol.

They are not genetic testing, DNA sequencing, laboratory testing, radiology, pathology, or conventional medical diagnosis, and no claim is made that any system reads your DNA. Where a hair sample or other biological material is used for a remote complementary assessment, it serves as a surrogate input for that process, not as a genetic or laboratory test.

Not every participant receives every technology described on the Method page. Selection depends on individual assessment, the retreat's goal, suitability, tolerance and current response, and how someone responds is monitored, with a session changed or stopped where appropriate.

The full method, including named technologies
Reviewed individually, every time

Pregnancy, recent surgery and acute illness.

Any of these, or another major recent change in health, calls for individual review before participation. There is no general protocol that applies automatically.

Depending on the circumstances, Q Ayurveda may modify what is offered, require medical clearance, postpone participation, or determine that the retreat is not appropriate at this time.

A responsible outcome

Sometimes the right answer is not now.

Circumstances where the review may conclude the retreat is not currently appropriate include, in general terms:

  • An acute or unstable condition requiring active medical care
  • Significant medical risk
  • Inability to safely participate in the proposed program
  • Circumstances requiring a level of medical supervision Q Ayurveda does not provide
  • Information indicating that another form of care should take priority

This is not an exhaustive list, and it is not meant to be. A declined application can be the responsible outcome of a proper suitability process, not a failure of it.

Within a defined scope

Mind coaching has boundaries too.

Mind coaching, hypnotherapy, regression work and exploration of established emotional patterns may be included where appropriate, within Siniša Kruška's verified professional scope. This is not offered as psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment, and it is not intended for severe mental illness.

Where someone's psychological or psychiatric state calls for specialist care beyond what a retreat can offer, that level of care takes priority, and this is part of what the suitability review is looking for.

The integrated team
Not emergency care

What to do if something is urgent.

The suitability and application process is not emergency care. If you need urgent medical help, contact your local emergency service or your own physician directly, rather than waiting on a retreat enquiry.

Medical access arrangements depend on the specific retreat location and are confirmed as part of planning each retreat, rather than published here as a single fixed procedure.

Handled carefully

Confidentiality and sensitive information.

Only the information needed to judge suitability is collected through the public application. Anything more detailed is handled through a separate, more secure process rather than an ordinary form, and is used to assess and plan your retreat, not for marketing.

Privacy and discretion are part of the Q Ayurveda experience itself, not an afterthought attached to it.

Read the Privacy Policy for how information submitted through the website is handled.

After the review

Five possible outcomes.

  • Acceptance

The retreat appears suitable as proposed.

  • A modified plan

The retreat may be appropriate with altered intensity, duration or format.

  • Medical clearance first

Further confirmation is needed before acceptance can be given.

  • Postponement

The timing is not right, even if the retreat itself may be appropriate later.

  • Decline

Another level or type of care is more appropriate than Q Ayurveda can offer.

Suitability is reviewed within the Q Ayurveda process by the relevant team members, according to their professional roles. Neither Quantum Diagnostics nor Ayurvedic assessment decides suitability alone, and where a decision falls outside Q Ayurveda's own scope, an appropriate licensed medical professional may need to provide that clearance directly.

Submitting an application does not create a booking or guarantee acceptance.

Not just at the start

Suitability doesn't end at arrival.

Your response is reviewed throughout the retreat, not settled once on day one. Depending on how you are actually doing:

  • Treatment intensity
  • The Panchakarma sequence
  • Frequency programs
  • Technology sessions, which may be reduced or omitted
  • Food
  • Rest, which may increase

  • Private scheduling
  • Careful handling of personal information
  • Sharing information only with those actually involved in your retreat process
Questions

Answered directly.

Is Q Ayurveda suitable for everyone?
No, and it is not meant to be. Every applicant goes through a suitability review before acceptance, and for some people the responsible outcome is a modified plan, a postponement, or a recommendation to seek a different level of care.
Who may need medical clearance?
Applicants with serious, acute or unstable conditions, complex medication, recent surgery or significant medical risk may need medical clearance before acceptance. Whether it applies to you depends on your individual situation and the retreat being proposed, not a fixed list.
Can I attend if I take medication?
Often, yes. You disclose relevant medication and ongoing treatment during the suitability process, and where it materially affects what is appropriate, Q Ayurveda may ask to discuss this with your physician or request medical clearance before acceptance.
Should I stop medication before Panchakarma?
No. Q Ayurveda does not instruct participants to stop, reduce or replace prescribed medication. Any change to medication is a decision for you and your physician, not something suggested by a retreat.
Does everyone receive Panchakarma?
No. Depending on strength, digestion, stability, current condition and treatment capacity, the program may prioritise preparation, stabilisation or nourishment instead, and deeper Panchakarma may be introduced later, or not at all. This is not a lesser outcome; it is the assessment working as intended.
Is Quantum Diagnostics a conventional medical diagnosis?
No. Quantum Diagnostics and complementary bioresonance or frequency based assessment are part of the Q Ayurveda method, but they are not genetic testing, laboratory testing, radiology, pathology or conventional medical diagnosis, and are never presented as a substitute for it.
Can Quantum Diagnostics replace medical tests?
No. It contributes observations to your personalised protocol alongside Ayurvedic assessment. Where medical testing is what you actually need, that remains the role of your physician or the relevant specialist.
Is the hair sample a genetic test?
No. Where used, a submitted hair sample or other suitable biological material serves as a surrogate input for a remote complementary energetic assessment. It is not genetic testing, DNA sequencing, or a laboratory diagnostic, and no claim is made that the system reads your DNA.
Can I attend after surgery?
Recent surgery requires individual review before participation. Depending on the circumstances, Q Ayurveda may modify what is offered, request medical clearance, postpone participation, or determine that the retreat is not appropriate yet.
Can I attend during pregnancy?
Pregnancy requires individual review before participation, in the same way recent surgery or acute illness does. What is offered, if anything, depends entirely on individual circumstances reviewed with you directly, not a general protocol.
What happens if my condition changes during the retreat?
Your response is reviewed throughout the retreat, not only before it. Treatment intensity, the Panchakarma sequence, frequency programs and technology sessions may all change, and rest may be introduced, based on how you are actually doing that day.
What happens if the team decides the retreat is not appropriate?
A declined or postponed application can be the responsible outcome of a proper suitability review, not a failure of the process. Where relevant, the team explains why and what a more appropriate option might look like.
How is sensitive information handled?
Only the information needed to assess suitability is collected through the public application. More detailed health information, where relevant, is handled through a separate, more secure process rather than an ordinary web form.
Does Q Ayurveda provide emergency medical care?
No. The suitability and application process is not emergency care. If you need urgent medical help, contact your local emergency service or your physician directly. Medical access arrangements depend on the specific retreat location.
The first step

The first step is finding out whether this is appropriate for you.

Q Ayurveda™ provides personalised Ayurveda, complementary assessment, selected wellness technologies and mind coaching. These services do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. Individual experiences vary. Applicants with serious, acute or unstable conditions may require medical clearance before acceptance.

Participation is selective. Submitting an application does not create a booking or guarantee acceptance.
