The Q Ayurveda™ Method

Two perspectives. One personalised protocol.

Q Ayurveda™ begins by looking at the individual from two directions at once. Quantum Diagnostics and frequency based assessment provide one set of observations. Ayurvedic assessment provides another. The team reviews both together and translates them into one retreat protocol, which keeps changing as new information comes in throughout the stay.

Quantum Medicine Ayurveda One continuously adapted protocol

Day 1

A deep Quantum assessment.

Every retreat opens with a comprehensive Quantum Diagnostic Assessment, carried out with the team behind Plasma Saal. Its purpose is to establish a detailed baseline of where the person actually stands before the retreat protocol is finalised.

  • Physical state
  • Emotional state
  • Mental state
  • Energetic state
  • Recovery
  • Lifestyle
  • Nutrition
  • Current stressors

This baseline is then read together with the Ayurvedic assessment. It is not a conventional medical diagnosis, and it does not replace medical testing where that is what a person actually needs.

What the baseline draws on

Quantum diagnostic systems.

Depending on what a particular assessment calls for, the baseline may draw on a small set of established platforms.

  • Copen ScopeQ and Qbit

An energetic analysis platform from Bruce Copen Laboratories, used to build a wide pattern reading of the person before anything is decided.

  • NLS technologies

Non-linear system analysis, part of the same equipment family, used where it adds a relevant layer to the picture.

  • RemedyPro frequency analysis

Used to test and refine which preparations and frequencies the person responds to, rather than assuming one answer for everyone.

  • Nutritional and lifestyle review

Ordinary but essential: current diet, stressors, sleep pattern and daily rhythm, read alongside the energetic findings.

Before you arrive

Where appropriate, a submitted hair sample or other suitable biological material may be used as a surrogate input for a remote complementary energetic assessment, which can begin before travel and be repeated later if useful. This is not genetic testing, DNA sequencing, or a laboratory or conventional medical diagnostic, and no claim is made that the system reads your DNA. Biological material containing DNA is simply accepted as one input within this complementary process, used to help build a preliminary picture ahead of arrival.

The second perspective

Ayurvedic assessment.

Led by Branko Marković, this reading has an unusually complete language for the individual: constitution, present imbalance, digestion, elimination, sleep, energy, tissue condition, nervous system state, and what the person can actually receive right now.

  • Constitution and present imbalance
  • Pulse assessment
  • Digestion, elimination, sleep and energy
  • Tissue condition and nervous system state
  • Capacity for cleansing or nourishment
  • Treatment tolerance
Where the two systems meet

One protocol, and a loop that keeps revising it.

The Quantum baseline and the Ayurvedic assessment are reviewed together and translated into a starting protocol. That is not where the assessment ends. It is where it begins.

    Quantum Diagnostic baseline

  2. 02

    Ayurvedic assessment

  3. 03

    Integrated review

  4. 04

    Initial personalised protocol

Then, every day it continues
  • Treatment and frequency sessions
  • New observations, new information
  • Daily team review
  • Protocol updated
  • Next session

This is a loop, not a five-step process that ends after assessment. Depending on the system used, a treatment session itself can add new information about how the person is responding, so Session 1 is not simply copied into Session 2. The program compares where the person started with how they are responding now, and adapts from there.

Not hidden behind a generic label

What the frequency work may actually involve.

Depending on suitability and what the retreat is aiming to support, Q Ayurveda™ may draw on selected advanced technologies. One of these, SuperTuning, deserves its own explanation: it is an individualised frequency-based assessment and balancing system that can be used alongside the core diagnostic platform. A fresh energetic reading can be taken before or around a session, so the frequency program reflects the person's current state rather than repeating an identical protocol from the day before.

None of this is offered as a guarantee of healing, a disease cure, or an objective medical diagnosis. It is one part of a personalised process, chosen because a specific assessment supports it, not because a program calls for it.

  • Plasma frequency technology

A plasma-based frequency device from the Plasma Saal range, used within selected personalised frequency protocols. It is chosen for what a person’s assessment supports, not applied as standard.

  • Scalar and frequency work

Selected energetic and frequency-based protocols, used where the assessment points toward them.

  • Sound and vibrational work

Personalised sound or frequency-based sessions, used for relaxation, recovery or another objective specific to the person.

  • Photobiomodulation

Red and near-infrared light, used within selected recovery or longevity protocols.

  • PEMF

Pulsed electromagnetic field technology, used within selected recovery or wellness protocols.

Not every technology is used for every participant. The selection is personalised, not a menu to work through.

Warm herbal oil poured from a hammered copper vessel into a ceramic bowl, surrounded by loose herbs and glass jars.
The other major dimension

Panchakarma, food, herbs, oils and Rasayana.

This is the clinical logic behind the retreat, not a supporting layer around the technology. It determines individually prepared food, therapeutic oils, herbs, the Panchakarma sequence, Rasayana and the daily rhythm the person actually follows.

Panchakarma procedures are sequenced according to preparation, tissue condition and strength, not a fixed weekly plan. Rasayana, the classical Ayurvedic approach to nourishment and vitality, is introduced when the assessment shows the person is ready for it, and held back when it isn't.

Not two therapies side by side

The same decision, informed twice.

This is the whole method: two readings arriving at one practical decision about one person.

Therapeutic oils

Quantum finding

A pattern the frequency based assessment interprets as high inflammation, or increased inflammatory activity.

Ayurvedic finding

Constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition and the state of the nervous system.

Considered together when selecting or refining cooling, balancing or otherwise appropriate oils. The oil may then be paired with or prepared using an individual frequency program.

Herbs, teas and supplements

Quantum finding

Findings that may suggest which preparations to favour or hold back.

Ayurvedic finding

Digestive capacity, elimination and the direction of treatment already chosen.

One list of herbs, teas and supplements, adjusted as digestion and response change through the retreat.

Food

Quantum finding

Observations that may indicate where the person is currently under load.

Ayurvedic finding

Agni, constitution, present imbalance and what the person can comfortably digest today.

Individually prepared meals, decided fresh rather than fixed for the length of the stay.

Panchakarma sequence

Quantum finding

Whether the readings suggest capacity for a deeper procedure, or a need to wait.

Ayurvedic finding

Preparation, tissue condition, strength and readiness for cleansing.

The order and timing of procedures. A deeper procedure may be delayed until the person is genuinely ready for it.

Treatment intensity and rest

Quantum finding

Daily technological observation of how the person responded to yesterday.

Ayurvedic finding

Daily Ayurvedic observation of sleep, digestion, elimination, energy and emotional state.

How full the day should be. Rest may become more important than another treatment.

Frequency programs

Quantum finding

The programs indicated by the complementary assessment.

Ayurvedic finding

The therapeutic direction already established by the Ayurvedic reading.

Frequency programs chosen to work with the Ayurvedic plan rather than alongside it.

The same logic across different reasons for coming

  • An inflammation pattern

A frequency reading may suggest increased inflammatory activity. Weighed against Ayurvedic findings, that can shape which oils, foods and therapeutic media are used, and how intense the day should be.

  • Low treatment capacity

Where both readings point to depletion, cleansing gives way to nourishment: a gentler frequency session, more rest, less procedure.

  • A performance picture

Frequency and Ayurvedic recovery findings, read against training or workload, can combine recovery technology, Ayurvedic therapy, nutrition and rest into one day.

  • A longevity picture

The same review may lead toward Rasayana, food and herbs, selected longevity technologies and a home protocol that carries the work forward.

What a day can actually hold

Up to four Ayurvedic therapies. Up to four Quantum sessions.

Depending on current condition, retreat format and treatment capacity, a day may include up to four Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies and up to four personalised Quantum, frequency based or technology supported sessions.

4

Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies

4

Quantum or frequency based sessions

The number of sessions is never the objective. A person may need fewer sessions, more rest, more nourishment or simply more observation before anything deeper is attempted.

Supporting expertise, where relevant

Mind coaching, not a default third treatment.

Where it is relevant to the person, the protocol may include mind coaching, hypnotherapy and regression work, led by Siniša Kruška within his professional scope: pressure, internal conflict, established patterns and performance blocks. It is included because the assessment points to it, not applied to every participant as standard.

Meet the integrated team
Closing the loop

The baseline, compared against how you responded.

At the end of the retreat, selected Quantum and Ayurvedic assessments may be repeated where appropriate. The team compares the initial baseline with the current assessment and how the person actually responded through the retreat, to prepare the next phase rather than to declare a result.

The output is a personalised closing consultation and summary: observations, what changed during the retreat, and recommendations for food, herbs, supplements, oils, daily routines, frequency work, recovery guidance, technology and follow-up.

Continuation, not a shop

What may go home with you.

Supplements are not a generic retreat stack. Where they are used, they are selected according to assessment findings, individual need, digestion and tolerance, and what the ongoing home strategy actually requires.

  • Food and herbal recommendations
  • Supplements where appropriate
  • Daily Ayurvedic routines
  • Sleep and recovery guidance
  • Frequency recommendations
  • A personalised home technology, where offered

Some participants may be offered a personalised home frequency technology, programmed or selected around their own protocol, intended to continue part of the retreat process after they return. Whether this applies, and in what form, is decided individually.

After the retreat

The process continues at home.

A follow-up is usually arranged after three to four weeks, and standard continuation may include:

  • Online Ayurvedic consultation
  • Repeat remote complementary assessment
  • A new submitted sample where appropriate
  • Personalised frequency updates
  • Updated home programs
  • Supplement adjustment
  • Mind coaching follow-up where relevant

This is not an automatic subscription. For some clients, support continues further, and this can include more comprehensive home systems, such as the wider Tesla Quantum family of devices, for individuals or families who choose to continue with that level of ongoing support.

In plain terms

The method, answered directly.

What is Q Ayurveda™?
A private, deeply personalised retreat system in Croatia that brings Quantum Medicine and Ayurveda together within one coordinated process. Two assessments open the retreat, they are reviewed together by the team, and the resulting protocol is reassessed and adjusted throughout the stay rather than fixed after day one.
What is Quantum Diagnostics?
Complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment, carried out with the team behind Plasma Saal. It reads how a person currently appears to be functioning, energetically and physically, and that reading is one of the two perspectives every retreat opens with.
What happens during the initial Quantum assessment?
A comprehensive baseline is established on the first day, before the protocol is finalised. It may look at physical, emotional, mental and energetic state, recovery capacity, lifestyle, nutrition and current stressors. This is not a conventional medical diagnosis and does not replace one.
Can a hair sample be used for remote assessment? Is this genetic testing?
Where appropriate, a submitted hair sample or other suitable biological material may be used as a surrogate input for a remote complementary energetic assessment, which can begin before arrival. This is not genetic testing, DNA sequencing or a laboratory or conventional medical diagnostic, and the system does not read your DNA. Biological material containing DNA is simply one accepted input for this kind of complementary assessment.
Are Quantum assessments repeated during the retreat, or is Day 1 the only one?
The Day 1 baseline is the beginning, not the whole picture. Repeated assessments, response to frequency programs and treatments, and daily observation all add information as the retreat continues, and the protocol is compared against where the person started.
What is SuperTuning?
An individualised frequency-based assessment and balancing system that can supplement the core diagnostic platform. A fresh reading can be taken around a session, so the frequency program reflects the person’s current state rather than repeating a fixed protocol.
What is plasma frequency technology?
A plasma-based frequency device, part of the Plasma Saal technology used within selected personalised frequency protocols. It is one option among several, selected where an individual’s assessment supports it, not applied as a standard treatment for everyone.
How many Quantum and Ayurvedic sessions can happen in one day?
Depending on condition, format and treatment capacity, a day may include up to four Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies and up to four personalised Quantum or frequency based sessions. The number is never the objective; some people need fewer sessions and more rest.
Are supplements personalised?
Yes. Where used, supplements are selected according to assessment findings, individual needs, digestion and tolerance, and the retreat goal, not issued as a standard stack.
Can I continue with home frequency technology after the retreat?
Some participants may be offered a personalised home technology programmed around their own protocol, intended to continue aspects of the work after they return. Whether this applies, and in what form, is decided individually rather than included automatically for everyone.
How does long-term follow-up work?
A follow-up is usually arranged after three to four weeks, and may include an online Ayurvedic consultation, repeat remote assessment, and adjustment of food, herbal and frequency recommendations. For some clients, support continues beyond that point.

Selective by design

Q Ayurveda™ is not appropriate for every person or every condition.

Before acceptance, each applicant completes an initial consultation and suitability review. People with serious, acute or unstable conditions, complex medication, recent surgery or significant medical risk may require medical clearance or may be advised to seek a different level of care.

The retreat provides personalised Ayurveda, complementary assessment, wellness technologies, mind coaching and supportive care. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from a licensed physician.
