- What is a Q Ayurveda retreat?
- A private, deeply personalised retreat in Croatia that combines Quantum Medicine and Ayurveda within one coordinated process. Two assessments, Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment, are reviewed together by the team and translated into a single personal protocol covering food, herbs, therapeutic oils, Panchakarma, frequency programs, technology supported sessions, mind coaching and daily rhythm. The minimum duration is seven days.
- What is the difference between Group, Private and Master Retreats?
- The method is identical in all three. What differs is privacy, access, flexibility, setting, team availability and hospitality. A Group Retreat holds a maximum of eight participants in a shared premium setting. A Private Retreat is for one person or a couple with a private schedule. A Master Retreat may include exclusive use of a boutique hotel, villa or premium property with no outside guests and dedicated practitioners.
- Are Group Retreats still personalised?
- Yes. Every participant receives their own Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment, their own food plan, their own therapies and frequency programs, and their own daily review. The group shares a location and a general rhythm, not a protocol.
- How many people attend a Group Retreat?
- A maximum of eight participants.
- How long is a Q Ayurveda retreat?
- The minimum duration is seven days. Ten to fourteen days is generally preferred for prolonged exhaustion, chronic complaints or a deeper process, and selected programs may extend to fifteen days. The final duration is recommended after the initial consultation.
- How is the daily program decided?
- By observation rather than by a fixed schedule. Depending on format, current condition and treatment capacity, a day may include up to four Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies and up to four personalised frequency based or technology supported sessions. The number of sessions is never the objective. Some participants benefit from a fuller schedule, others need more rest, quieter pacing or a stronger focus on nourishment.
- How do I know which retreat format is appropriate?
- The initial private assessment determines it. Suitability, focus, duration, location and the most appropriate format are decided together after that first conversation, not chosen from a list beforehand.
