Group Retreat

Small group.
Personal protocol.

A maximum of eight participants share a selected premium location in Croatia. Each one receives their own Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment, their own protocol, and their own daily review. The group shares the setting — never the treatment plan.

  • Maximum eight participants
  • Quantum Medicine and Ayurveda for every participant
  • Individual assessment and daily adaptation
  • Minimum seven days
What group actually means

A shared setting is not a shared protocol.

The word group describes where the retreat happens and who else is there. It does not describe the medicine.

Shared by the group

  • The retreat location
  • The meal setting
  • Selected educational moments
  • A general daily rhythm

Individual to you

  • Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment
  • The therapeutic protocol
  • Food, herbs, teas and supplements
  • Therapeutic oils
  • Panchakarma sequence and treatment intensity
  • Frequency programs and technology supported sessions
  • Rest, pacing and daily rhythm
  • Mind coaching and emotional support where appropriate
For every participant, individually

Two assessments each. Not two assessments for the group.

Every person in the retreat is opened from both directions before anything is decided.

01 Quantum Diagnostics

Quantum Diagnostics and frequency based assessment

Complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment provides one perspective on how the person is currently functioning, and may help refine frequency programs, recovery sessions and selected elements of the personal protocol.

02 Ayurvedic Assessment

Ayurvedic consultation and pulse assessment

Pulse evaluation, constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition, nervous system and treatment capacity provide the other. This is the clinical logic behind food, herbs, oils, Panchakarma, Rasayana and the sequence of the retreat.

What is personalised

Almost everything that touches you.

Depending on the individual, the protocol may set or adjust any of the following — and may change them again during the retreat.

  • Food
  • Herbs
  • Teas
  • Therapeutic oils
  • Panchakarma sequence
  • Treatment intensity
  • Frequency programs
  • Selected technology supported sessions
  • Supplements where appropriate
  • Rest
  • Daily rhythm
  • Mind coaching and emotional support where appropriate

The plan follows the person.

Same retreat, different days

Two people in the same house, on entirely different protocols.

This is what personalisation looks like in practice. Both are in the same Group Retreat, in the same location, on the same week.

One participant

Assessment indicates capacity for a fuller treatment schedule, and a therapeutic direction that favours a lighter, cooling approach.

  • A fuller sequence of Ayurvedic and Panchakarma therapies
  • Lighter, more easily digested meals
  • Specific therapeutic oils selected for that direction
  • Selected personalised frequency programs
  • Consultation and daily observation

Another participant, same retreat

Assessment indicates that nourishment and stabilisation should come before any deeper cleansing, and that treatment capacity is currently limited.

  • Fewer therapies, with a different Panchakarma sequence
  • More nourishing food, prepared differently
  • Different herbs, teas and therapeutic oils
  • Different frequency programs, or fewer of them
  • Substantially more rest, and quieter pacing

Neither day is the better day. They are simply what each person can use right now.

Quantum Medicine and Ayurveda in practice

Two readings, one decision.

Quantum Diagnostics — complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment — adds another layer of information about how a person is currently functioning. Ayurvedic assessment provides constitution, present imbalance and the therapeutic direction. Neither is read alone.

Consider the therapeutic oil used in Abhyanga. It is first selected according to constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition, nervous system and treatment goal. If the complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment indicates a pattern interpreted as high inflammation or increased inflammatory activity, that information is considered together with the Ayurvedic findings when selecting cooling, balancing or otherwise appropriate oils, herbs, food or therapeutic media.

The same principle applies to Shirodhara oils, local oil treatments, teas, herbal preparations, nutrition, supplements, meditation programs and selected emotional support protocols. Every element begins with Ayurvedic individualisation and may then be further refined through the Q Ayurveda™ frequency based approach.

How the two systems are combined
A day at the retreat

There is no timetable to show you.

Depending on the person, current condition and treatment capacity, a day may include up to four Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies and up to four personalised frequency based or technology supported sessions.

  • Individually prepared meals
  • Herbs, teas and supplements
  • Consultations
  • Daily observation
  • Mind coaching where appropriate
  • Rest

The number of sessions is never the objective. More treatment is not automatically better treatment. Some participants benefit from a fuller schedule; others need quieter pacing, more nourishment, or simply more observation before anything deeper is attempted.

What the day contains is decided by what was observed yesterday — not by a program printed before you arrived.

Why eight

The limit exists so the method still works.

  • Practitioner attention

Eight is small enough that each participant is genuinely known to the team rather than tracked on a list.

  • Real observation

Daily observation only works if there is time to observe. Digestion, sleep, energy and response to treatment are noticed, not reported.

  • Individual preparation

Meals, oils, herbs and teas are prepared for individuals. That is only practical at this scale.

  • Room to adjust

When one person needs to slow down or go deeper, the plan can change that day without disrupting anyone else.

  • A calm environment

A small group keeps the retreat quiet. The social quality remains, without the noise of a large program.

Warm herbal oil poured from a hammered copper vessel into a ceramic bowl, surrounded by loose herbs and glass jars.
Food

Not a detox menu. A prescription you can eat.

Meals are individually prepared rather than chosen from a shared menu. Two people at the same table may be eating quite differently, for reasons that were decided that morning.

Meals may be adjusted according to:

  • Constitution
  • Current condition
  • Digestion
  • Treatment phase
  • Therapeutic objective
  • Findings from the integrated assessment process
The full arc

Before, during and after.

  1. Before

    Private assessment, suitability and preparation

Preparation may begin several weeks before travel: online consultation, health and lifestyle review, preliminary Ayurvedic evaluation, dietary preparation and remote complementary assessment where appropriate.

  2. During

Quantum Medicine, Ayurveda and daily adaptation

Both assessment perspectives are reviewed on arrival and translated into your individual protocol, then adjusted each day according to how you respond.

  3. After

Closing review, home recommendations and follow up

A closing review, recommendations for the next phase, and a follow up usually arranged after three to four weeks, with repeat complementary assessment where appropriate.

Choosing between formats

When the small group is the right choice.

  • You value a small shared environment and the quiet company of a few others.
  • You do not require exclusive use of an entire property.
  • You still want an individually designed protocol, not a standard program.
  • You want access to the complete Q Ayurveda™ method.

If complete privacy, a private schedule or exclusive use of a property matter more to you, the Private or Master formats will fit better. The method is identical in all three — only privacy, access and flexibility change.

Location

Selected Croatian settings, chosen for the program.

Group Retreats take place in selected premium locations in Croatia, chosen according to the program, the season and practical requirements — among them Plitvice Lakes, Zagreb, Samobor, and Rab and coastal Croatia.

The location is confirmed as part of the private assessment, not chosen from a catalogue beforehand.

Selected locations in Croatia
Selective participation

Eight places does not mean eight bookings.

A place in a Group Retreat is not reserved on request. Every applicant first completes a private assessment and suitability review, and the format is recommended from that conversation.

People with serious, acute or unstable conditions, complex medication, recent surgery or significant medical risk may require medical clearance, or may be advised to seek a different level of care.

Questions

Answered directly.

What is a Q Ayurveda Group Retreat?
A private, deeply personalised retreat in Croatia shared by a maximum of eight participants. Everyone stays in the same selected premium location and follows a general daily rhythm, but each person receives their own Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment, their own protocol, and their own daily review. The group shares the setting, not the treatment plan.
How many people attend a Group Retreat?
A maximum of eight participants.
Is the program the same for everyone?
No. The location, the meal setting, selected educational moments and a general daily rhythm are shared. The therapeutic protocol is individual: food, herbs, teas, therapeutic oils, Panchakarma sequence, treatment intensity, frequency programs, rest and daily rhythm are decided for each person and adjusted as they respond.
Does every participant receive Quantum Diagnostics?
Yes. Complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment is carried out for each participant individually, as one of the two perspectives that open every Q Ayurveda retreat.
Does every participant receive an Ayurvedic assessment?
Yes. Ayurvedic consultation and pulse assessment — covering constitution, present imbalance, digestion, elimination, sleep, energy, tissue condition, nervous system and treatment capacity — is carried out for each participant individually.
Are meals personalised?
Yes. Meals are individually prepared rather than chosen from a shared menu, and may be adjusted according to constitution, current condition, digestion, treatment phase, therapeutic objective and the findings of the integrated assessment.
How is each day decided?
By observation. Depending on the person, a day may include up to four Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies and up to four personalised frequency based or technology supported sessions, alongside meals, herbs, teas, consultations and rest. The number of sessions is never the objective — some participants need a fuller schedule, others need more rest and nourishment.
What is the difference between a Group Retreat and a Private Retreat?
The method and the depth of personalisation are the same. A Group Retreat holds a maximum of eight participants sharing a location and general rhythm. A Private Retreat is for one person or a couple, with a private schedule, greater flexibility and closer access to the team.
