Private Retreat

A retreat built
around your rhythm.

For one person, or a couple. Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment are reviewed together and translated into one personalised protocol — held on a private schedule that can move with you, day by day, rather than around a group.

  • One person or a couple
  • Quantum Medicine and Ayurveda together, from the first day
  • Private, flexible scheduling
  • Individual protocol with daily adaptation
What private actually changes

Private changes the room around the method. Not the method.

Group, Private and Master hold the identical Q Ayurveda™ method. What differs in a Private Retreat is the environment and access built around it.

Identical in every format

  • Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment
  • The integrated review process
  • One personalised protocol
  • Daily observation and adaptation

What Private changes

  • Greater privacy
  • Greater schedule flexibility
  • Closer practitioner access
  • More freedom to change daily timing
  • Greater discretion
  • More space around rest and treatments

A Group Retreat is never a weaker version of Q Ayurveda™. It holds the same assessment, the same review and the same personalisation — shared among a maximum of eight, in a general daily rhythm.

Two assessments, one private protocol

Both perspectives are opened before anything is decided.

Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment are held as equal contributors to a single decision-making process — never one system deferring to the other.

01 Quantum Diagnostics

Quantum Diagnostics and frequency based assessment

Complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment provides one perspective on how the person is currently functioning, and may help refine frequency programs, recovery sessions and selected elements of the personal protocol.

02 Ayurvedic Assessment

Ayurvedic consultation and pulse assessment

Pulse evaluation, constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition, nervous system and treatment capacity provide the other. This is the clinical logic behind food, herbs, oils, Panchakarma, Rasayana and the sequence of the retreat.

The advantage of flexibility

The schedule follows the person.

A private format allows the day to follow you more closely than a shared retreat rhythm can. This is what that looks like in practice.

  • Treatment timing moves with response

A therapy can be moved earlier, later or to another day according to how the morning’s observation reads — not according to a printed slot.

  • Rest can be added without disrupting anyone else

When observation points to stabilisation rather than another procedure, more rest can be added the same day.

  • Meal timing can change

Meals can be brought earlier, later or spaced differently around treatment and rest, rather than held to a shared sitting.

  • Treatment intensity can be adjusted

The day can be made fuller or quieter as capacity and response change, without coordinating around other participants.

  • The Panchakarma sequence can be reordered

A procedure can be brought forward, delayed or resequenced as preparation, tissue condition and readiness are reassessed.

  • Frequency programs can be reselected

Personalised frequency programs can be changed session to session as the complementary assessment is repeated.

  • More space for consultation or observation

Where something needs closer attention, time can be given to a consultation or a period of observation rather than moving straight to the next therapy.

The schedule follows the person.
The person does not follow a fixed retreat schedule.

Quantum Medicine and Ayurveda in practice

Two readings, one decision — acted on the same day.

Quantum Diagnostics — complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment — is never read on its own. It is considered alongside constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition and nervous system state, and the two are reduced to one therapeutic decision.

Therapeutic oils. If the complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment indicates a pattern read as high inflammation or increased inflammatory activity, that finding is considered together with constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition and nervous system state when selecting or refining the oil used that day.

Panchakarma sequence and intensity. Whether the readings suggest capacity for a deeper procedure, or a need to wait, is weighed against preparation, tissue condition and strength. In a private schedule, that decision can change the sequence itself, not only the notes for tomorrow.

Rest and daily rhythm. Daily technological observation and daily Ayurvedic observation are read side by side. Where either points to stabilisation over cleansing, the day can be rebuilt around rest immediately.

What a private schedule adds is speed of response: because there is no group rhythm to reconcile with, a decision reached in review can change the next treatment, not only tomorrow's plan.

How the two systems are combined
One person, or a couple

Built around one rhythm — or two, held side by side.

For one person

The retreat can be structured entirely around that individual's rhythm, privacy and protocol — nothing is shared, timed or paced around anyone else.

For a couple

Both people complete their own Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment and receive their own protocol. A couple does not receive one shared health protocol.

May be shared

  • Accommodation
  • Meals, where appropriate
  • Selected moments
  • Location

Stays individual to each person

  • Assessment — Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic
  • Treatments and Panchakarma sequence
  • Food, herbs and oils
  • Frequency programs
  • Daily rhythm
A private day

There is no timetable to show you here either.

Depending on the individual, current condition and treatment capacity, a day may include up to four Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies and up to four personalised frequency based or technology supported sessions.

  • Individually prepared meals, timed around you
  • Herbs, teas and supplements
  • Consultations
  • Daily observation
  • Mind coaching where appropriate
  • Rest

Quantity is not the objective. What a private format changes is the freedom to adapt the sequence and timing more deeply — bringing a therapy forward, holding it back, or replacing it with rest, as the day's observation calls for.

What the day contains is decided by what was observed this morning — not by a program printed before you arrived.

Privacy as part of the method

Privacy is not an amenity here. It changes what the day can do.

  • Less external rhythm

There is no group schedule to sit alongside. The day is built around one person’s response, not a shared timetable.

  • More rest

Rest can be extended or brought forward without affecting anyone else’s program.

  • Greater discretion

A private schedule keeps the retreat quiet around you — who you see, when, and what is visible to others is minimised by design.

  • Uninterrupted observation

The team’s attention is not divided across a group, so daily observation — digestion, sleep, energy, response to treatment — has more room to be thorough.

  • Closer dialogue with practitioners

Questions, adjustments and explanation happen in direct conversation, without waiting for a shared consultation slot.

  • Adapting the day without coordinating around a group

A change in timing, sequence or intensity takes effect immediately — there is no group rhythm it has to be reconciled with.

Food, oils and therapies

Prepared around the individual, not offered from a menu.

Food, herbs, teas, therapeutic oils, Panchakarma, frequency programs, supplements where appropriate, rest and daily rhythm are coordinated as one protocol, not selected independently or chosen from a list of services.

In a Private Retreat, the protocol may set or adjust:

  • Food
  • Herbs and teas
  • Therapeutic oils
  • Panchakarma sequence
  • Frequency programs
  • Supplements where appropriate
  • Rest
  • Daily rhythm
The full arc

Before, during and after.

  1. Before

Private assessment, suitability review and preparation

Preparation may begin several weeks before travel: online consultation, health and lifestyle review, preliminary Ayurvedic evaluation, dietary preparation and remote complementary assessment where appropriate.

  2. During

Quantum Medicine, Ayurveda and daily adaptation

Both assessment perspectives are reviewed on arrival and translated into your protocol, then adjusted each day — on a private schedule built around how you respond.

  3. After

Closing review, home recommendations and follow up

A closing review, recommendations for the next phase, and a follow up usually arranged after three to four weeks, with repeat complementary assessment where appropriate.

Selected locations in Croatia
Selective participation

A Private Retreat is not an automatic booking.

Suitability is assessed before a proposal is made. Every applicant completes a private assessment and suitability review, and the format is recommended from that conversation.

People with serious, acute or unstable conditions, complex medication, recent surgery or significant medical risk may require medical clearance, or may be advised to seek a different level of care.

Questions

Answered directly.

What is a Q Ayurveda Private Retreat?
A private, deeply personalised retreat in Croatia for one person or a couple. It combines Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment within one integrated review, translated into one personalised protocol that is adjusted every day — with a private schedule, greater flexibility and closer access to the team than a shared retreat allows.
Who can attend a Private Retreat?
One person, or a couple attending together. Q Ayurveda™ also offers a Group Retreat for a maximum of eight participants and a Master Retreat for an individual, couple, family or private party.
Can a couple attend a Private Retreat together?
Yes. Both people complete their own Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment and receive their own protocol. They may share accommodation, meals where appropriate, selected moments and the location — their treatments, food, herbs, oils, frequency programs and daily rhythm may differ.
Do couples receive separate protocols?
Yes. A couple does not receive one shared health protocol. Each person is assessed individually, and each protocol is reviewed and adjusted on its own terms every day.
How is a Private Retreat different from a Group Retreat?
The method and the depth of personalisation are the same. A Group Retreat holds a maximum of eight participants sharing a location and a general daily rhythm. A Private Retreat is for one person or a couple, with a private schedule built around that person, greater flexibility, greater privacy and closer access to the team.
How does Quantum Medicine integrate with Ayurveda in a Private Retreat?
The same way as in every format. Complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment is read alongside Ayurvedic pulse assessment, constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition and nervous system state, and the two are reviewed together to decide oils, herbs, food, the Panchakarma sequence, frequency programs and daily intensity. In a private schedule, that decision can be acted on the same day.
Is the daily schedule fixed?
No. The schedule follows the person rather than the person following a fixed retreat schedule. Depending on the individual, a day may include up to four Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies and up to four personalised frequency based or technology supported sessions, alongside meals, herbs, teas, consultations and rest — timed and sequenced around daily observation.
How long does a Private Retreat last?
The minimum duration is seven days. Ten to fourteen days is generally preferred for prolonged exhaustion, chronic complaints or a deeper process, and selected programs may extend to fifteen days. The final duration is recommended after the initial consultation.
How is the location chosen for a Private Retreat?
According to the purpose of the retreat, privacy requirements, practical requirements and access to the team and technology resources needed — among selected Croatian settings including Plitvice Lakes, Zagreb, Samobor, Rab and coastal Croatia, and selected private villas or boutique properties.
